I disagree. If you appear to have a bit too much gold and you are lacking a bit of wood, why not buy if its gonna increase your imperial age up time. Ofc it is not perfect but you should rather buy than have bad res distribution and delay yourself more than you would with buying/selling. 

really that shouldn't be happening in the first place, ones distro should always be even.

You can't do it with dutch either, you need all of the coin from banks for merchantilism in age 4, and after that you need to put some on mines.

didnt played dutch much , but if u can save vs by trading , than y not collect extra gold(chop less wood and put extra vill on mine) and exchange it at market ? 

as my above post says ""selling gold twice to get banks up faster to boost age times"" is the only reason u really should, i think u can sell gold for wood 4 times before it f*ks ur gold for age 5

And my mate "helped" me with goons vs iros, nuff said.

4k and 4 times is huge difference , btw i aggred if u are using wood card than u must not exchance

after 4k u start to lose res which in the end is bad

No he just spammed goons vs you, made no cass or organs. He wasn't able to beat 2000 boom-doppel-spamming-german-nub stonecold -.-

not as if you can get any res distribution perfect down to 100 res, thats something only really good players can do.

thanks for pointing out. English is not my mother tongue, I havent been speaking it for more than 5 years, so I occasionally make mistakes.

On the other hand, it seems impossible for you to understand what I am trying to point out, while I think the possible abundance of spelling errors still shouldn't make it impossible for you to understand.
