    Subject: new hotkeys , where to start

    i want to make a new mod with

    1. a new hotkey that deselect all types of unit but one type from the selected group of units

    2. a new hotkey to cancel all qued pop(unit or villi) , or cancel all qued pop  from a building or selected group of buildings

    3. is there any way to add sound when explorer's/monk's ability is recharged , and when wonder's ability is recharged

    4. any way/hotkey to select only flattened animals ? 

     

     is there any way to do it without oos or crc mismatch ?

    where should i start , help needed

    U can do this by shift + clicking the units.

    U can do this by shift + clicking the units.  

    everything i mentioned can be done by other ways , but making hotkey will make is easier and fast so player can focus on other thing more

    I think there was a major storm in the area where he lived (Dont worry he is ok I got a pm from him) so maybe he's still having some damage caused by that storm or sth.

    Maybe he's just on holidays. At the end of this vacation I will have been away from my home for 5 weeks (of which there are 4 coming up) so maybe he is doing something similair to that...

    1. Start to check the Data.bar file, I think you'll find a file called hotkeys.xml.xmb
    2. Add new sounds, and declare them in a *.xml.xmb
    What do you mean with flattened animals.

    PS: This with the sound should work without CRC-Missmatch, but with the hotkeys I'm not sure.
    And sorry, I won't be able to look into it. Because I'm still working on the campaign civs for ESO mod, which is soon finished. (Adding the Warchiefs and Asian Dynasties Campaign civs Wink)

    they should have a thing where if u double clikc an idle settler it selects all idle settlers in the area or if u click the idle villager counter it selects all idles. they should have an idle military thing like for villagers because sometimes u forget where you leave units and wonder why your army is tiny:P. thye should make it so if u double click a mill, rather than select all mills, it selects all current gatherers on the mill (and the same for plantations). double clicking fat animals should select only fat animals of that species ex only the 10 fat cows reay and not the other ten still fattening. and yea a canle all unit production in a building button would be great.

    by flattened animals i mean fully fat 500food cow or fully fat 300 food sheep , double clicking select all cows (fully fat + not fully fat ) i want to seprate it with a hotkey
