    i have seen many people with 4 forts with the portuguese and i look at there cards and nothing is there that gives them 4 forts can someone help please:) 
    Another thing the forums are for people who have questions for games not so people can send SmartA** replys like you guys

    Portugal only gets 2 forts. Russia and France can get 3 but thats the most

    ship national redoubt (lets your musk build forts) without antying else they can build two, but then if you ship castramation you can build 3

    You can only get 4 forts with ports if you revolt, which is dumb to do 99.9% of the time.
