huh? surely there are better cards to use than 700 gold. The same idea as not using villi shipments, you aren't trying to get to 5 in the quickest time, also you need to max villies with china in age 4 so going slightly slower and having more villies from TC may help... btw, didn't GS do an awesome china boom?
If you get to age 3 faster, you can make your vills faster because you will have more TCs.

I dont know how to explain it, but when I send a ship in age 2+3, they reapear in age 5
