I don't think they should make a new expansion pack and they won't. Corporations are forbidded from doing anything that will not create money, an expansion pack I believe would not make enough revenue. I doubt it would bring the amount of old players back needed to rebirth the game, I belive age of empires 3 is heading to a certain demise.
