G'Day mate. I don't normally play Dutch, but I can answer some of these. Most of these depend on what type of game you are playing.
3. 40 Min Treaty - Use this if you are completely out of wood (your settlers may have retreated back near your base once the treaty is over) and use only if you have a good army, and a reliable source of gold coming in. 4. 40 Min Treaty - Personally, I use 30 villagers on food, 0 on coin, and 20-30 on wood (depending on how much wood is around, etc) 5. Read number 4. 6. Dutch in 40 Min Treaty can be very powerful! 9. They are normally better team games, as they are slower to build up/harder to rush, and therefore if with a partner, the team-mate can help out with defensive troops. Hope this helps mate.
