I usually have 55 on food and 44 on coin with one factory on coin and one on wood. Once battle has been joined I don't have anyone gathering wood since the only unit I use that requires wood is the cannon and I find that 1 factory on wood (With the occasional market purchase) is sufficient. usually by the time treaty is up anyways you have researched all improvements that require wood and built all neccasary buildings.
