it's madness(THIS IS SPARTAAAA , JK) seriously, that's 5+ clicks/buttons per second, what are they doing? ordering every single units isntead of groups or what???

number 1 i think 2 clicks a second (is it counting hotkeys?) is inpossible and s.k. is a crazy place

once i saw a Parfait vs iamgrunt replay, grunt was using spies to know what was Parfait doing on his FB, and which units he was doing, to get the right counters, and then, when he atacked, his spies were on the back of Parfait's army, so he used them as normal units, to flank Parfait

Well, I guess they're simply something I'd get to use properly with practice.

I can see them being useful for a more defensive fight (to see for example, what kind of units my opponent is sending, so that I can counter them), but as far as sending them into an enemy town to gain info before invading, that seems like more trouble than it's worth, and like I could be doing other things that would profit more. (Though if we were TOTALLY deadlocked, it could be worth it)

Um, HP is limitless and attack increase. Go ahead, try it on the scenario editor. With 100 of his little mates, a Tashunke managed to beat the Shogun without the others attacking.

seriously i hate tashunke prowlers tthough... sure they have stealth ability but they cannot be upgraded, and you can only increase there hitpoints if you have more of them...there attack stays at 15 (sucks) and there hitpoints still are not over 700 if you have 5000 of them...the only thing they are good for is stealth

In this situation, spies are the most useful thing since sliced bread. I always pack the Agents card in my Brits deck, so that if the opponent is a git and hides his villies/explorer, I can find them very quickly.

i use them when im doing a rush as spanish, they can be extremely useful you ca see the position of his army and everything,go the the home page and watch parfaits VOD on spying Iamgrunt does some great spying on him and helps him win the game

Actually, spies can't be seen by normal units. Only some buildings, explorers, and other spies can see them. That means that they're extremely useful for spying on FBs or approaching armies (if you can keep up with there incredibly low speed :\)

I don't use them much only because I can't. I used India. And even if I could I think they're a little too expensive for what they do, but in the hands of a good player can be extremely useful.

I knew someone would end up quoting GI Joe here.

Anyways, it still seems like my time could be better spent managing other areas, rather than giving all my attention to one spy, just to find a spot where I can leave him and constantly gather info.

They let you know what units the opponent is making so you can counter them easily, and they are very cheap
