as if more rubbish makes it smarter rubbish...
it´s ok if you guys feel great while you bore each other to death with your mediocre insights, but plz just stay away when ppl have a serious request and want a serious answer - not another wonk-post from a dim teenager who feels assigned to comment everything with his pointless attempts to be clever.

at any rate, my real problem is these people who insist on complaining about everything WRONG RE is doing, and not about the thankful job that the site is still running, and in a format better than aoe2's server(which kicked me before i could even join a game, argh...), a format that suits me. beggars can't be choosers, and if you are a "chooser", then don't play the game. it's annoying IMHO.

i think this is serious enough, i only play this game for fun i dont care for people who cheat its only a game and the people who do cheat well they are only defeating themselves!

but when i a completely fair honest player gets banned for no reason then i think we have a right to complain

Uh, maybe you should edit out two of those three identical posts and also check all subsequent posts for incompatible formatting information. If you are using a word processor to format your posts put it into text mode and then use paste special to remove formatting information that just pastes as gibberish here.

thanks for the tip about formatting info, I was a little confused with that one.

we have been wronged by an unjust banning we are all innocent! the mistake has been made by the RE moderator and we aint goin to stand for it, we all payed good money to PLAY ONLINE which is an was advertized by microsoft and THEY WILL LISTEN BECAUSE WE ARE THERE BUSINESS!!!

there will be some rearranging at robot entertainment because you cant ban people from playing when they have done nothing wrong!

i cant believe the arrogance of some people!

you are not going to stand for it.

If I get banned unfairly, I will be perfectly fine with that, because the EULA stipulated that ESO can terminate your account at any time. Stuff happens, and I'm not going to be a nagging person to the management.

since you are in fact American, you are fulfilling an unfortunate stereotype that Americans think they deserve everything, such as "Customer service".

No offense intended with that statement, as I myself am also American, and aware of worldwide stereotypes of my fellow countrymen.

and please, stop making something minor like bannings out to be the next Federal Murder Trial - you are getting too emotional about this.

and one last time, READ THE FREAKIN' EULA!!! what you are saying contradicts what is stipulated in the EULA. Rules are rules, and if you can't abide by them, don't complain, and don't play the game.

wow...you are dumb. In one sentence you say ESO is shut down so we are not owed customer service...but we must still be subject to the ESO policy you posted. Which argument is it? please pick one...

basically, what is being said is that RE does not owe customer service by mandate, but you as the consumer are required to obey the rules for online play.

they can do unfair things but without being overly concerned about your response (they've likely sold most of the copies they can of the game already, so sales are not a terrible concern in theory.)

and all rules ESO stated still apply, in spite of ESO not owning the company anymore. Since RE is worked on by former ESO employers, the rules ought be expected to remain the same, and they clearly seem to have remained the same, with the bannings due to "unfair exploits and cheating", etc.

As for my 4 posts....what does posting here have to do with customer service. I am the customer. Why does the number of posts I write give my complaint more or less validity?

it may sound stupid to you, but basically people with abundant numbers of posts begin to understand the ways of our lovely forum here.

I have yet to see any serious complaints about RE here on this site from higher post count individuals. furthermore, u sound like an american.
