If you want an easy rush that works most of the time, believe it or not be the dutch. Age up the way you always do, with building up to 12 villagers and shipping 3. Age with the 400 wood politician. With your 15 vills at this point have 5 on coin, 7 on food, and 3 on the closest tree to your tc. As soon as you age, mind that you need to build one more vill after you are done aging build an artillery foundry and 2 houses with the 400 wood plus the 100 you should have gathered while aging. Then once you get the artillery and one house up build 5 grens, and then ship the 8 pike card. If you practice you can get this into there base within 8 minutes, and you can protect your grens against cavs with pikes. If they send MM's run away and come back in 30 seconds. Take out their barracks then the tc, forcing them to surrender!

Note: Does not work against the ottos well

wrong. aztecs are amazing. cheap, quick units. anti anything and everything, and as a joke you can get animals to be annoying(WOOT).

1. Ottoman (Possibly the most widely used rush in the game is the Classic Janissary Rush.)

2. China (Not very good with this civ, but they get heavy artillery in Age 2, and are un-rushable themselves; which makes good recipes for a rush. Oh, and their units are CHEAP!)

3. Indians (Again this is from heresay, but the Indians are supposed to have a mean rush.)

4. Germans? (I put a question mark because I have successfuly rushed with the Germans many times, but it is quite risky and the price of failure is very high.)

also, you can easily adapt the stratagy to fit the situation and you can "upgrade it" to fit the ability of those you play with practice.

Ottos have the best rush to figure out for noobs rank 1-16. just get to build a Trade post and age before your enemy ship in 5 jannies build a FB and spam out jannies. You have free villagers that always load so you will not waste food on them and never forget about loading them, just right click on what you want them to gather.... Spam out jannies and win every game until you are a master sargent when you actaully have to get smart with what you are doing... xD

I would think aztecs, because of their 4 colonial military shipments, the fire pit, war huts, and really cheap units- I'm really awful at them though so can't give a strat.

ottos, russia, china, maybe germany.

ones i use: ottos>build outpost near there tc(as close as possible) order more with it receiving shipments. order battlefeild construction and 5 jans. build near them, villes get eco. massacure in under 15 min with 30-50jans and grens+abus everrywhere, sometimes age and get petards. china> free, good artillery from first wonder (flying crows) backed by average+cheap infintry. 10 min or less.

ones i lose to:russia>massive nubers of strelets in early game (5-8 min). never won agaist it. never learnd to do it or how. germany> get large calvery early just from normal shipments. sometimes beat it, but usually theres to many calv and they kill my vills. (i normally dont play with countrys that get pikes. when i do, i win.)
