3) I think by weaker he meant a trade off of different attribute Hussar = more HP less attack....Uhlan = more attack less HP

Anybody with the microing ability of a rutabaga could get Uhlans away from halbs.

Halbs help to push against WWs, which are hard to micro with. If you could mass infantry in DM as easily as you mass cav, you could probably beat them... Except he would get cannons and most probably skirms too.

-Halbs can't outrun Uhlans. They are probably one of (if not the) fastest unit in the game, especially on GP and with cards. I think the only thing that compares in speed is the Sioux Warchief. Anybody with the microing ability of a rutabaga could get Uhlans away from halbs.

-Uhlan>Hussar imo.

Huss > Uhlan

consider attxhp = value of unit engaged in combat (Huss > Uhlan)

Also HP>ATT for meat shield (and Huss have greater HP, lesser ATT ...) so don't be silly!!

since both have pop use = 2 ... no comparison ... Huss > Uhlan ...

...it isn't that easy to mass infantry early in DM.

it's highly premature to even talk about ending this thread. we can not do that until we have answered some hard and pressing questions, the time of truth, to end this urgent and grave identity crisis and feeling of doubt that this thread has stirred amongst our cavalry men which ail our brave riders- one by one-

1. obesity and self image problem-a mahout asks- "heavy- tank-y they call me- "let's fire at his retreating a*s because the fatty mahout can take it"- it's too much abuse for a single unit even though i take a tad more population slots- they are just jealous because i am good at what i do- howdah is fat too but no body messes with him- why me?"

2. work/reward and jealousy- a hussar asks-" why do dragoons get to wear the cool dress and a fancy helmet, while i have to ride into the melee wearing a cheap sh*t gay hat - atleast give the kind the uhlan gets."

3. lack of self worth- a zamboorak asks - is that why people ignore me because i am light and don't have a humongous a*s like howdah - when did so much a*s become so s*xy? i have to put up with severe racism- some have even called me a camel jokcey?

4. migrant issues and maladapation - coyote men - yo,i am better than most chicos with horses- i ain't bu**sh*ting you man check out the new fan patch rec - iam neighter light nor i am infantry- coballo no caballo - in my corazon i know that i am hard core straight up hardcore cavalry, ima bloody centauro sans la cabeza and why are the noble's hut f**ers are called knights they aint got no horses either- the gringos dont know they just f**ked with the wrong mexican.

5. curraisers, war wagons,spahis,naginata,dog soldier,rifle rider and howdah- not complaining- singing in chorus- "i am s*xy and i know it. yeah babbyy"

time to uninstall

pure archer/pure kirmisher types/if india-urumi(ranged armor)+gurkha/japan- yumi+yamabushi(ranged armor).war wagons have melee resist- halberds and muskets are slow & w/o ranged armor- war wagon can micro and kill all of them.
