Huh......what?

You must be on drugs or something. Stealthing units isnt going to get you a clear win every time. This reminds me of the times everyone thought cannons own non cannon civs......boy were they wrong.

If you see aztec going with fire pit units during the boom mass skirms own that, along with good walling.

So, dutch, india, ports and all op civs own aztec. Other civs with larger starting armies can and will hold first wave no problem. ie; brits, spain, iro, and sioux.

Large army and bonuses own aztec. So that seems like every civ in the game. lol

Only civ without a chance is otto. With no skirm, or large starting army they are useless unless you can hold off the first army then otto can settle in and end up on the winning side. If your able to keep cannons in base for the run factor of aztec you may be able to hold off. If aztec Runs all over the place no way in hell can otto hold on. too muc pop in base wont allow for a good hold off.

Put aztec in heads up on like orinoco, painted desert, or even ozarks they will lose every game.

Tbh, i only remember one recorded game where aztec won a lengthy game. It was San's aztec, vs Tom's Ports. He gave him the run around for about an hour and half, then finally Tom gave up.

Aztecs rule treaty, because you don't see there army and suddenly your army is getting cut up by coyotes runners and Jaguar Prowl Knights, and there Arrow Knights are so OP there like SEAL snipers!

Why everyone say that aztec vs ottos would be an interesting MU?

IMO ottos > aztec.

I love to play aztecs but I never had the feeling that I have more chances against ottos than against other european civs...

I don't know what use this would be. Any legitimate rec would be someone getting owned in a few minutes. Unless it's Aztec vs Ottomans, which would be a really interesting recording. I would make a recording but I don't think I'll find someone good enough anymore to make a worthy rec.

That might be a good boom to watch but it was a crappy game as I didn't know squat about Brits and cowing at the time, nor am I familiar with Andes and how to play with instant spam units. Let me look around and see if I can find some Aztec recordings linked here.
