Dragoons become rather irrelevant when you add natives into the mix, while still useful if your opponent makes a lot of cav.
That being said, Ottomans sort of gain a bit more military advantage in the natives vs some civs, but should still lose really, since their economy shouldn't stand up very well.
Ottomans win vs Aztecs, Dutch, and India when we add in natives, but still lose most of the other civs.
As for what to use against Abus/Native, well, it shouldn't be hard to push their slow training times with most civs using a Skirm/Nat/Cav combo, or you can play it safe with Skirm/Nat/Art, like British should do, abus are useless against longbows, and you could literally push with them vs ottomans. Anyway, the Ottoman will almost always lose because of economy in the nats.

what if you dont have natives and fighting vs otto with natives , i remember milky once said to beat otto just super mass ski , but is that doesnt make you suseptible to husser spam , or otto eco cant allow them to make many husser

I don't see how that would be relevant. Its weak because it lacks economy cards... There is also no way to sustain natives longer than most of the civs. The rest of the civs will just roll you over really fast, like Germans and British.

i actually thought that the otto eco wasnt bad the only issue is that abus are coin heavy and jans are food heavy...and huss food heavy also, but abus are imperative to them so they cant like only gather food and not worry about coin. but ofc stef would know better than me :P

abus dont counter ranged cav well, and they beat skirms but im not sure if its cost effective. or pop effective. art beats abus skirm beat them if they try to just use jans to beat ur goons and goons beat any cav they make

actually i just killed his embassy with mortots than husser did there work , what if embassy is very secured

i think albus counter all skim goon and art(to some extend)

i saw triple otto game by milky strom they did very well with otto

people say otto loose most mu but last few day i played vs a few good otto players , i won those games but were very close

what is the most effective way to counter otto who has natives to add anticav , assuming both players have equal gud artilary micro ?

also when otto player use husser(with some cav archer and jani) as anti cav than also it become quite chalanging , what is the best combo against it , as albus counter everything else except hand cav
