    Subject: Latest patch. does it work?
    i currently downloaded the patch 1.01 and wneever it is unzipping it freezes at 6 % and does not respond after word. is there anyway to fix that?

    Just leave it there, it will take a very long time to install the patch, it'll appear to freeze on 6% for a while but then it will continue. (by the way there are a lot of topics about this)

    Subject: Latest patch. does it work?
    I had the same problem. I tried both running the patch from this website and running the update from within the game. At 6% the update is trying to access the Art1.bar file; and on my computer it says that the "Old file was not found. Found file with same name. (Then something about aborting the process)." Then the update stops. It then told me that the original installation was bad and that I need to install the game again.

    If you get the "old file" message some files are probably corrupt, try copying them from the CD again (altough that hasn't worked for most ppl)

    no it stops at 6 % and the window goes all white and wen i press ctrl alt and delete it says not responding and then i get a send error report
