Subject: product key

I had to reinstall my warchiefs game but my wife through out the case including the product key... how can i reinstall it?

I bought AOE3 probably a year ago and have moved recently trowing out what I would call unnessary "things" such as game cases, etc...

My problems is that I have come across some unwanted viruses on my computer and had to recover to factory conditions and so ended up having to reinstall all my games. When installing the game again it's aking for a product key before continuation but I don't have the case anymore and have recently lost my job, so I'm finacially unable to spend the $40 to buy another copy. Could someone please help me with this issue with the product key, please.
