    well i struggle with economy as russia but if you can get in around 2 mins it wont matter too much.

    i would say Dutch as they can build an economy and sustain a fight for longer

    Ottomans because they spam vills and u dont have to worry aobut queing them, i Iike the dutch because of the banks i agree the dutch are good because the skirmsare good

    I would take germans as the best dm civ because settler wagons can build a stable/rax very quickly and they have a such a well rounded army (War Wagons, Doppelsoldners, Skirmishers, and free Uhlans for raiding.) I also love that they have pikes and xbows in case you need to rebuild an eco, you can just spam them and beat more expensive units.

    german are lame. french are too slow for 1v1 and dutch units are weak late game, although nice boom. i would say otto and dutch have best boom but russia are a good civ too
