Help!!!!!!! i have tried this suggestion multiple times and it tells me i must have an account to get to the multiplayer!!!! IT WONT LET ME LOG IN AND I CANT FIND ANY THING HELPFUL FOR THIS SITUATION!!!!!!!! sorry about the caps, but i have tried to get onto multiplayer for past 5 months and failed every time.

Have you tried making an account? Really if you click creat account and it says that, theres something very wrong with your game. Please explain in greater detail and I'll see if I can help.

In short i have tried to find the place to get the registration for online play. Most say you click the eso multiplayer tab and click register next. When i click eso, it tells me that i either need an acount or cant get to this website. I have never found where to creat an acount. If anyone knows why this is happening or better yet how to solve it, please say so (i suppose its also possible there was something i needed to do that ws not posted. If you play online please say how You got to the registration. i really would like to try multiplayer).

Launch base age3 Click Multiplayer Select ES Online. The game with do an initial connection to the servers and then display a login screen. If you do not get to the log-in screen then there is a problem with your computer being able to access the ESO servers. Most of the time this is do to a firewall/router blocking the connection, but there are some other reasons. See the FAQ for more help with that. If you can get to the long in screen, you then need to click the "new account" button.

Make sure you update your game (options>update game) and to make an account, click multiplayer>eso and at the login screen click make new account. If your cd key has already been used to make a new account, you can not make a second account (or if you bought game used). EDIT: posted at same time as paragon. Do what he says first to see if it works^^^

again: thank you for your help in getting online. however i do have one other question. i have an account and i cant use it to login with warchiefs. It tells me i the connection is lost, but when i use origonal, there is no problem. is there something i need to do befor i can use war cheifs?
