i cant join anygames, i downloaded the patch but i cant rigth on clan chat and i cant join any game it says CRC mismatch.

help please

I haven't ran into the problem myself but try turning off firewalls, etc. as well as going through the router FAQ.

Ok, for yall with crc Miss match problems, I discovered how to fix. Go to the downloads on this sight, download the patch shown and run it. Next log into the aoe game as to get online, it will download another, if not same patch, it worked for me, good luck and lemmi know if it works. I had the same problem and was pissed for 3 hours, uninstalling, reinstaling and asking questions and e mailing, aoe3 customer service, get with the program, this never happened till yall made the new patch, you made a great game, however the patches to fix the bugs are dragging yall through the dirt. By the way, the down loads and the patch set up will take about 30 min, it seems like it is stuck on 6%, don't touch anything, walk away and let it set up, this is for both patches, the one i said to d load from sight and the one from aoe3 online. Glad it worked, to bad suport didn't help me in any way, be great if in all this chatting and such we couldn't have someone online atleast 8-5 that could help us. Make a not of this aoe3 csm, maight be a good ideal

Actually when I had a problem installing the patch, I reinstalled the game and only updated from within the game. So it also works at least in my case without the 1.01 patch being needed before.

This is directed to tha_jb, Try it again, what do you have to lose? It worked for me, and if you look above it worked for many others as well. If you sit and wait for suport to actually suport ya, you might not be playing for a while. My password and act. was lost in the system and It took me 3 months to get a response. Again, d load the patch here on this sight, wait 30 min for it to install, don't save, open directly. If it said restart pc, restart it. Then get the game online and it will d load another patch. Again, wait 30 min for it to fully install, if it said restart pc, restart. I know it's an hour long ordeal, however my exp with customer suport has been a 3 month ordeal, then on top of that everyone has been upset at one point or another when they are in a game and a player drops, locks up the whole game. I am not sure yet if this patch they released is a fix or not, haven't had anyone drop in any games, but hopefully it will resolve the problem. By the way, online gaming I am Joseph_75945, due to the whole act lost and password crap.

One other issue i wish to address, the chat rooms, es tec chat, lord help us all, they told me to basicly reformat my hd. WTF? how stupid did they think I am? I hope noone listened to them, if so, there pc just removed everything!
