There isn't really a best strat. Every strat has their weaknesses and strengths. Just use the one that will have an advantage for you against your opponent.
For British you can either do l/bow and pike rush or musket rush. If you know what your doing you can involve cav with the muskets. Useful against Russian civs.
Also Stop making so many threads. You should've just made one thread and ask all your questions in that.
