what they get???? i am 2nd leut. and saw a game off a nother 2nd leut. he called his name

1v1 noobs. and he kicked me like i expectet. think his name was slidpig why he do it. he get nive win % but rank grow slowley and its get harder and harder to find some one to noob bash. and his skill is maybe only like a serg. what he get?? its not cool. hate it.

They do it for the lulz

i can think of 3 reasons someone would noobbash:

1. Just don't want to lose(as you've already said)

2. Get a very high rank and win % just to say "I'm the best!!!, look, i'm a 2nd Lt and just lost to 90 (conscripts), from the 2000 i've played"

3. The person is just too tired to play a competitive game, and wants to play anyway

some people noobbash for both reasons 1 and 2, and i don't like it,

it's so annoying when you see a game like "max PR 11 with HC level 62 and 52% wins" and you enter the game you see a level 11 with a level 62 HC and 52% wins

or maybe when you join a game "only noobs" hosted by a 2nd lieut(max level a noobbasher usually gets) and you're like a MS and he boots you

once, i saw a game like that(just after i got TAD) i was a MS at the time, and i joined a "noobs only" hosted by a MS too,

after being booted twice, i could convince him to play(there was no other good game at the time), but he told me to play "easy", i said ok, i was Dutch and he was German.

on the very begining, he said "hey, don't rush, plz", "it's my second game with germans, and i lost the other one"(later i checked ELO and it wasn't), as i'm no good rusher, i said "ok"

the game went on, as i knew he wasn't going to rush, my eco was great, 4 banks up on age 3 very earlier than usual

at about 10 mins, he could finish his "FF"

than, i scouted that he had settlers alone, far from anything, soon, i got 6 hackas and raided him, so he said "hey, you're not a noob" i said "i'm the same rank you are, we both should know how to raid"

the game went on for some more minutes and i won easily

resuming, he was a noobbasher and played very bad, even having some rank.

when i checked ELO rating, i saw that his rating was much lower than mine, as ELO isn't as affected by noobbashing as PR, but ELO is affected too much when you get bad luck and lose some games in a row.

and about the 3rd reason, i think it's the most acceptable(or least innacceptable) as who does it isn't a noobbasher always, but, people in that situation(being tired or something) should play games like unrateds or comp stomps

some people nowadays is just too stupid to realize that they can play unrateds which would attract some people from all ranks. dunno why. some just cant become smarter.

Nah, thats the best rant Ive heard in a while. I like the fact that the noob basher thinks hes good cz hes a 2nd lieut. Imo, the borderline for being a noob is Sergeant, and the borderline for being good is Captain.
