I have recently reinstalled AoEIII on me new PC. I went through the installation process with no problems and patched up just fine. Then, I reinstalled the War Chiefs expansion. I had no trouble with the installation process with that either, however, when I go to log into multiplayer I cannot download the patch.
At first it says it is downloading but no progress is made. Then it says: There was a connection problem. Make sure you are connected to the internet and can access http://www.eso.com in your web browser.
I am connected to the internet, I can access the website, and I had no problems patching up Vanilla AoEIII, so I am having trouble finding the problem. Is it possible for me to just download whatever patch I need off of a website? If so, would I need to download multiple patches or can I skip to the latest version?

2.4 Quad Core
4 Gigs of RAM
