    Desperate? Its true, he had that female pirate picture at the time, so a couple of months ago I thought he was a girl. Yeah, I know it sounds stupid but its true.

    I'm a girl! I play AoE, only not online. I'm computer literate, just not a techie...I have to somehow persuade Dad to fix the firewall in the modem so that I can play online.

     

    But yes, I am a girl...And I am proud to say that too. 

    I bet I'm outnumbered though

    there are gorls online, but not as many as guys.

    typically the ones with girl avas are girls, but not all.

    I've only met like 5 girls on AoE ever. So, they do play, but its a very small fraction of the community. like less than 1/20, and fractions smaller than that aren't really tangible to me.
