    In turn Ill post questions that noobs like me worry about during balance and then experts come and make themselves look smart by giving us the answers. Agreeable? Lets start.

    Why did Military Reforms nerf the Halberdier against infantry?

    Don't really need to be an expert for that one man. =)

    It was so Halabs couldn't beat skirms by quickly closing in on them for melee mode which was happening prior to the nerf. Not sure if it was all infantry or just ranged infantry but that was the purpose I believe.

    Lol kk, thanks. heres my next question...

    Why were the Colonial Rodelero shipments nerfed from 7 and 6 to 6 and 5? Its not as if one Rod makes a difference...

    yep, i can Stick out tongue

     

    it's because 7 rods is worth 700 resources and about 1 min of training on the rax, it's already a very good shipment, and then you give it to Spain, who gets more shipments than everybody else.

    and the 6 rod was reduced to 5, just not to have 2 cards with the same effect.

     

    it was also nerfed(along with some other age 2 ships) because ES wants more games to reach age3

    Maybe they saw that having to build so many high costing banks (700 resources) so early in the game to get your gold flowing was too much,and offered a free one via an HC shipment.
