    imo natives. none of them are OP but they're all very good.

    Easily Brits. They have upgrade cards for their muskets, grenadiers, hussars and dragoons, and longbowmen. Plus, they have the "more lethal than a great cannon" ROCKET. Basically, all their units can be upgraded from the HC.

    True, but they got weak military variation, and rockets do way less damage to infantry than heavy cannons...

    But still, spanish got a better military...

    They got more military variation, almost the same amount of cards and upgrades that brits, but also got unction...

    But still...

    every civ got an incredible military, just if talking from many point of views, e.g., Russian military is a bit weak, but its very, very cheap.
