    Subject: Account disabled and no reply from help/abuse

    Over a month ago I wanted to start playing again after some time, only to find out my account has been disabled. I didn't find any e-mail messages which might have explained the situation, so I e-mailed age3.abuse as well as age3.help --- without any reply. In over a month!

    Can anyone here help? My ESO username is thaDuke.

    Well, if you got the money, you could just buy all 3 games again and use a new CD key. I mean, if you get the gold edition of AOE 3, you can get all 3 games for $60 now.

    Yeah, sure, but that seems a bit odd, doesn't it? First I would like to know what's going on; the same could happen when I buy the game again!

    In this case I have a question to ask. When we contact Microsoft Tech support, they tell us they cant do anything and tell us to contact ESO support. When we contact ESO support they make us wait god know for how many years or months or days. Cant you people have a better option, like you people should interact with microsoft tech support where we can provide you with the user name and password to the tech support team and they can contact the ESO moderator personally and he should reply to them like whats the issue with that particular id and password or that ESO account or the moderator should provide personal email address to that individual member who has that specific problem

    sometimes emails from ES are put on the spam folder by some email clients, check it...

    Yeah, I did, but since it's been a while (and my ISP deletes spam after a certain amount of time) I have no way of knowing when and if an e-mail was sent...

    sounds like banned account to me but under those curcumstances doesn;'t even sound like you were playing lol
