    Subject: Instant "win" scenarios
I've been seeing some people making scenarios that are instant "wins", they have no idea how to make triggers, no idea how to make it have 2 slots, they make it so that u have one unit, and they have tons of stronger ones.  They want wins, this mustbe a new low, i mean come on.... Scenarios were suppose to be about fun, and now so far i've seen at least 5 different ones in 3 days... Is this some kind of new idiotic fad?

I've seen a game where I got these 'royal' units, which were 0 attack, (you know, like the special looking musketeer that is for cinematics only), and he got a bunch of skirms, hussars, walls, outposts, ships, and crap.

    Units I hate -
    Horse artillery
    Janissary
    Yumi
    Ashigaru
    Samurai
    Yabasume
    Naginata rider
    Daimyo
    Flaming Arrow
    Arrow knight
    Jaguar prowl knight
    Cuirassier
    Oprichinik
    Flying Crow (they suck)
    Abus gun
    Highlander
    Fusilier

Well they're stupid, because Scenario games aren't rated...

But if that's the only way they can win a game, it's their problem. Smile

Thats why I just play scenarios that are popular or that I have played before, because ya, a lot of random noobs make random scenarios in which they dont even know how to set em to 4 players...

Rotfl, I have to agree with you on that one!

A lot of times those guys are captains at treaty (no offense guys)...lame France and Japan. Some guys ONLY play scenarios. It's really funny. I had a couple people leave when they see it is not like castle blood or coliseum...sooo funny.

Scenarios suppose to be fun? This new generation players doesn't know what is to play a scenario for fun. This kind of on line gaming was most popular in AOK and AOM, but this is gone in AOE3. Long ago in Aom we had lots of fun scenarios and RM maps made by M0nTy_PyTh0n.

For me a fun scenario is something like mine Xamo - Race one, or other scenarios that brake the patern. All scenarios (or at least most of them) are too common, looking like the normal game style. Unfortunately i haven't got the time to work on scenarios anymore, but i do have 3 started projects: Xamo - Art of Defence, Xamo - Chariots of Fire and Xamo - Race 2 , where 4 players have to finish the race driving 4 Monster Trucks (now this can be called fun scenario).
