I think that a good nerf would be lowering the shrine gather rates back to how they were, move ashigaru to age 3 (take out 5 ashi card and move [ashi attack] card to age 3) and give samurais increased hp.

Japan would have then horrible age 2 cav counter since, samurais are slow, and they got low bonus vs cavalry, and ashigarus would still be OP in late game, and the civ would still be OP, also the change its kinda stupid, since, then japan would be the only civ that got musks in fortress even though some civs got musks more powerfull than the ashigaru (just if being compared by its original stats).

Yeah. I would say the Ashigaru Unpgarded its the weakess Must, thats stringer than a Normal Mustkeeter.

And of Corse. The Fuilser is the best.

actually, fusiliers are weaker than highlanders

Ashi attack can be moved to age 3, but the big problem is shrines IMO, and removing the 5 ashi card would be a bad idea, I would personally just nerf Ashis

Ashigara needs age 2 becasue 1 they wouldnt have and gunpowder unit in age 2 (They need a variety of infantry since their limeted) and they cost more then a regular which balances it

ashis are not balanced, because with daimyo, golden pavillion (upgrades and/or configured to increase attack of ranged units), and ashi upgrade card, and 10% attack from consulate, they have age 2 musks with 50 attack or something like that, and not to mention their 4.5 speed which makes it hard to impossible to micro with skirms or x-bow (unless its strelets or another fast skirm)
