    Subject: Initialization Failed Could not load DATAP.BAR ??

    I play the original AOE III. And it pops up this error: Initialization Failed
    Could not load DATAP.BAR.

    I can't play anymore. Anyone please help me. Thank you very much.

    Try reinstalling your game. That'll work.
