tough match up, you'll wanna go skirm+hussar+8 pike shipment, and hope for the best.

you'll have to seriously outmicro your opponent to win with skirm+hussar against a 3 unit combo.

Iro is one of the counter civs for dutch IMO so I'm sorry about that!

the only thing i can elaborate on is to send the pike card first, as you will need cav protection and/or cover fire for your meager amount of skirms. If you live the first pushes, and his unit ships run out, get many hussars out, and use skirms to take out the tomahawks first. Kanyas cost nearly as much as hussars do and are weaker and aennas can't fire on cav at all unless surrounded by anti cav.

OH and when his unit shipments run out, try to harrass with what you have and build all your banks. I have never gotten past this point with dutch so your own your own.

if he ff's u can probably own him but if he rushes then its very hard..

like others have said, just use lots of skirms+huss+pikes and you should be ok. iv played dutch a lot and have beeten iros a few times. try practicing if u want vs hiawatha on expert, thats might be challenge for a 1 on 1 if ur dutch...
