Dutch Rush
I havent really seen many people use dutch to rush so i was
wondering if they actually can do a decent rush or not? if they can,
please post a BO w/ cards or post a link to a good strat. thanks

idk but i can sum one up for you basically in 1st age put 3 citazens on food and send 300 fod while u put how ever many more on coin and keep makeing citazens and build a house once you get into colo send 700 food and coin when u get enough shipments and make hussars and skirms and pikes send hussarss to raid then when they bring there army over there send yyou pikes and skirms in to there town then there army is stuck between you 2 armys
1st send 300 food
then send 700 wood coin or food then send 8 pikes then send the other resourse crates and yeah ur on ur own from tehre

i like to use a strategy with dutch like this... First I age with 13-14 villis, thats 10-11 made from coin (treasures/1 villi on coin if its close to 100). Then I send the 3 villi card, I put all villis on food. Once I have 800 food to age, I choose the 400 wood one. Then after I age, I split villis evenly up between food and wood with 1 on coin. The 1 villi on coin I use for collecting the shipments and building banks and houses. Do the market upgrades... and then build a barracks and an outpost at halfmap. You should then build 2-3 banks and with that coin rolling in, make 2-3 villagers to put on coin. Then make about 30 skirmishers and then send the 8 pikemen card to protect against calvary and for sieging buildings. It should be about 11:00 into the game when you achieve this. Go on raids, use skirmishers like they are meant to be... attack and retreat. If you can hit his barracks before he built up units then do so. (Focus pikemen to attack barracks while skirmishers attack all infantry units). While this is all happening your eco should be building so that you can castle age DURING the attacks so you get the upgraded veteran skirmishers. Build another barracks/artillery etc... falconets... throw in some hussars and ruyters too and keep up the attacks. You will watch your score double your opponents as they try to recover from the rush. This works for me, you should try it.

That's not really a rush. If you want something that's 8 minutes or less into their base try a grenader rush.
Put 6 of your villagers on gold and one building a house (and a market if you get a 200 wood start). With the 400 gold you start out with build 3 villagers, and then once the house is finished build more. 6 on gold is a constant villager stream. Put the made villagers on food. Then once you build up to 12 vils send the 3 vil card. 2 of those go on wood that is right next to your tc, the other goes on food. Also have one villager being built right after you finish aging. With those two (and then three villagers collecting the 400 wood you get for aging build an artillery foundry and two houses you should have collected 100 other wood. As soon as the artillery foundry is up build 5 grens. move them into their base and bomb. Send the 8 pike card and keep them behind the grens untill they send cavs in. Then annialate the 3 hussars they most likely sent in. If they send MM's retreat and comeback in 30 seconds. If you play on texas you should also build 5 skirms in case of infantry, but you should win the game usually in under 10 or 11 minutes. DO NOT USE AGAINST AN OTTO RUSHER! YOU WILL PERISH UNLESS YOU HAVE AMAZING MICRO

My rush isnt a rush your right, I would call it a weak late-rush attack but if you get it in your eco will prevail and they wont be able to counter you, only defend. What do you mean by 'amazing micro'? Also, if they send 10-15 musketeers/skirmishers I would see your grenadiers falling very fast. Dont you think so?

What do you mean by 'amazing micro'?
Also, if they send 10-15 musketeers/skirmishers I would see your grenadiers falling very fast. Dont you think so?
Grens own musk, Grens have 50 more hit points vs the musk and also a 50% bonus. If you hit and run the Grens with skermishers I 'm sure the skerms would come out on top but if you just stand and fight the Grens will win.
Amazing micro Use the exact number of units to one-shot kill. This is just an example I have not done the maths. Musketeer vs. Skirmisher take 7 skirmishers shoot 1 musketeer and run back attack 1 musketeer with another 7 attack a different musketeer run back and so on. The idea being all 7 skirmishers shares the hits while he is loosing firepower. So you can win with fewer skirmishers than he has musketeers.

well i use dutch rush many times and my fav type of dutch rush is the granadiers, 1 time i used it vs ottos, he was so sorpiresed i beated hes 20 jans o yeah he also had 3 hussars no matter the 8 pikes did the job, as soon the otto keept on maikng more jans i made more grand and when i had like 15 i attacked i destroy hes fb and hes fb stabler i saw him maiking but he didnt succeded and he gave up wile i has aging to the fortress age.
I did this whit my tipical rush order: 3 villies on gold and the rest on food, age up whit 16 villies at the time oround 2:45-3:00 age up whit the wood politician. Thats how i start simple and fast and good eco.
