Banned account

My account for Age of empires online has been disabled. There is no
reason given for this action. There has recently been a blanket
disabling of accounts and I assume that I am included in this arbitrary
action.
I have never cheated. I have never used oos nor have I used map hacks. I have never cheated with my account.
I have asked questions with the online forum:
1) Do you ban people if they lose access to internet?
2) Do you ban people if they have equipment failure?
No noe has responded to these questions.
There is a clear discrepancy between my certain knowledge that I have
never cheated and comments made on ESO that the ban is due to instances
of cheating.
Are you after cheaters or are you after innocent people?
In view of the fact that I have been arbitrarily had my account
disabled I want you to take immediate steps to reactivate my
account and take such measures as to insure that these arbitrary
actions will not occur in the future.

you must restructure your ways of doing this its completely bad managing
ive never seen this before im shocked that you ban honest players that have NEVER cheated or even know how too and while you let some that do cheat still play the game
plz listen to us its not about anything but the ethics of this i have alot of money so its easy to buy another cd and play, but this is not the point the point is you have banned innocent members and that is SO wrong of who ever has done this
im telling you the complete honest truth you have made a seriously bad decision...

No I don't think it was a plot to get active gamers to buy a new cd. I think they thought they we doing a good thing. Good intentions is not the same as doing the right thing. What they should of done was once they realized that their approach was wrong; to quietly review the matter and get the innocent accounts reactivated. Instead they have gone into cya mode!

yes they wont even answer an email and that is PROOF of there guilt they know they have fu@#d up an did the wrong thing

Nah...They screwed up...and won't admit it. It is not about making more money...i got a replacement CD (GOLD ADDITION) from MS for FREE.....
