    Subject: Can't Log In

    I forgot my username so I have been trying to recover it using the ESO Account Management Tool and put in cd key it tells me there is no account associated with the key. When i open the game and try to create a new account it tells me there is an account already associated with this key!

     

    What gives!

     

    p.s. Yes i am using the same key, obviously.

    Try using ESO Account Management Tool again. Maybe you miss-spelled a word or something.
