    Subject: Email Problems and hard to get support

    Just wondering why there is two differnet emails styles on the RE Site and the AOE site.

    Age3Support@RobotEntertainment.com

    age3support@robotentertainment.com

    I have been trying to send an email for the pass 3 months or since RE has been annouced.  I find it very annoying that I can't even get a reply from a company that provides support.  I also find it very hard to even ask Microsoft themself from the contact list to get help as they tell me to contact you guys when I can't.  So I am wondering whats going on and if you guys can at least make sure your email system is working fine and also get an auto reply so that it helps us know that are email got though.

    Yes I feel the same way. On the ESO home page the contact details are age.abuse@robotentertainment.com which contradicts the email address that Aloysius gives for problems. Not sure which one to use.

    send an email to age3support@robotentertainment.com with your product ID, username, and any previous email addresses you were using in order to recover your account.

    There is now an auto-reply that will send an email back to you when you reach us.  If you do not get the auto-reply, then we did not receive your message.

    Auto reply to emails to support?

     

    Where did that good idea come from?

    ES Had it to help people know that they got their message thorgh. Just wondering is there key words that are preventing emails go though?

    If you are having trouble emailing us from one address, you can try from another email address.

    I did get a reply today from one of my emails account for the first time.  But it is very annoying that I can't get my one of my accounts back due to that it was banned a year ago for asking for a password request.
