I think that anyone who uses france, japan, or russia is a n00b. Would you guys consider this a correct assumption?

Russia- opries, instant infantry, and forts

Japan- ashigarus and daimyo

France-...................................no comment

it should not matter what civilization you play it matters about skill and how you use  those civilizations

if a person Spam muskets with russia make anti infantry units like Horse artilary and have a meat shield to protect them.

 

Japan is person Ashigaru spam all is needed is horse artillery and or falconet as a meat shield

and for daimyo just have some anti cav units there ya go

 France if a person that just spams curs then they are noob because thats the only thing they know how to do 

 

I think you're wrong.......They are called overpowered for a reason right? It's because that certain civ has aspects that makes it much better than some civs in ways without counter. If countering ashigarus was that easy then they wouldn't be called Op would they? Any good russian player doesnt only use instant infantry because that is instant death. Dude i was asking for your opinion on whether using OP civs was n00bish, but apprently you cannot speak english

It might be "noobish" as you say, but its a game. If they want to play OP civs either don't play against them or find no op games, there is alot of them any given day.  I mean really the person spent his/her money on the game so its their right to play what civ they want.  

Oprichniks combined with fortbuilding muskets with instant infantry is WAY OP!  I don't care what anyone says.  I wont play vs a Russian or a Japan in supremacy unless I have a Russian or Jap also on my team.

French, best civ in game. Good skirms, Good anti and hand cav, average musks, best art, lots of pop space, good vill and vill pop space. and best natives. cuir spam is just fail. Thats what makes france OP

Russia, good inf for price, good cav for pop and good siege in opri, art is pretty good and forts as well as a strong econ to support.There used to be an art to russian econ but now thats gone. Thats what makes russia OP.

Japan have good econ, good pop space, good art, excellent skirm unit, excellent musk, daimyo and shogun help inf and cav alot, best consulate allies, great cav. Thats what makes Japan OP.

 China have a huge economy, great skirm unit with OHR (my fav unit in the game), good cav (not steppe), great other akirm unit for cost (85 food as i recall), best pikes in game with OHR, slightly lack art but good consulate allies make up for that (ottoman, Portugal). Thats what makes China OP

 My opinion of course, but no doubt agreeable.

These 3 civs are really annoying to face in 1 vs 1 treaty games but i found a solution. Whenever a player comes in the gameroom and picks french i too pick french. If they are russian i play russia too, same with japs. In half of the games i host they leave when i do this.

wrong.  Fur trade isn't even France's main strength.  France uses a good deal of coin, so it doesn't even last as long as say...India.

People who play OP civs aren't necessarily noobs, but those who play them exclusively are.  Mirroring a lamer can be a lot of fun when they realize that a 1st lieut just kicked their major ***.

There are a bunch of ways to counter the OP.

I was playing as ports in a 3v3 and i was fighting a french out in the open at andes. I was losing majorly so i slowly shifted the battle to a bottleneck where pop doesnt matter as much. I used my amazing organ guns with my UBERSKIRM( cant remember name please help) I held him in that bottleneck until he ran out of eco and an ally had to help him. It musta been 20 min or so.

And russia is TOO fun to counter. Use dutch against russia on andes and it just makes you cringe with all the bodies flying from your 14 horse cannon.

I also think that playing an OP civ and losing than crying about it saying they are OP is quite obnoxious and immature. Dont wanna play? Kick them from the game or leave the game. 

I personally hate players who use Op civs then brag to everybody that they're better and im like no ur not, but they have better win percentage. Well, thats because u use one civ that takes absolutely no skill

China only has good pike because of OLD HAN REFORMS.

Hey, that my opinion on this forum, i might be an idiot at aoe3 but thats okay because there's no where to go but up.

That is false. You can go left, right, down, or hey even implode. There are more places to go than up, lots more.
