Hi,

 When I try to macro skirmishers (hit and run), I left click a little besides them and they move a little and then I right click on enemy units for all of them to fire at the same time. Problem is that if I have 10+ skirmishers then I always fire on the same unit and some of it is wasted. How do I properly do it so fire is spread in this case?

I want something like I move them a little bit and their fire on the own since they tend to spread fire evenly but I don't know how can I move them exactly amount for next 3s interval fire.

you need to figure out how many skirms one shot kill one enemy unit. Then move all skirm in a control group and order half or  2 times a third (depending on numbers) to shoot 1 enemy units, then order whole control group to attack another unit. This way you can 2/3 units in 1 round. Later on just drag little boxes of skirms and target them on enemy units.
