G'Day mate. I don't normally play Dutch, but I can answer some of these.

Most of these depend on what type of game you are playing.

3. 40 Min Treaty - Use this if you are completely out of wood (your settlers may have retreated back near your base once the treaty is over) and use only if you have a good army, and a reliable source of gold coming in.

4. 40 Min Treaty - Personally, I use 30 villagers on food, 0 on coin, and 20-30 on wood (depending on how much wood is around, etc)

5. Read number 4. 

6. Dutch in 40 Min Treaty can be very powerful!

9. They are normally better team games, as they are slower to build up/harder to rush, and therefore if with a partner, the team-mate can help out with defensive troops.

3. Mostly. If you have lots of wood around your base thats getting in your way then dont send it. But if you can build walls with no trouble then do it. It helps keep your precious few villies working on faster gathering resources.

4. I believe its around 86 villagers or so.

5. I usually do 28 on gold and 21 on food. Rest building. Factories I change around. Usually on food if im producing lots of inf but you can split them up on food+gold.

6. They are fun in treaty. Having 150 units on the battlefield at first is hard to handle but once you even it out with cannon and such it gets easier.

7. If you continue to push without getting attacked at your base and are building LOTS of forward walls you can and NEED to maintain a constant spam. Use numbers to your advantage.

8. Yes. You should always have 200/200 pop.

9. In 1v1 its good against a team with 99 villies because then you can attack from another side with a sizeable force and still be holding on another side. But team games are good especially with aztecs. If you send hussars to help the aztec then he will be very good.
