I''m learning the Chinese and I have a question I have been unable to answer:

I side with the Russians initially from my Consulate to get the villager production boost and access to the Fort and Factory. If I was to sever relations with the Russians and choose the German allies instead will my Factory still generate resources and will my Fort still attack? To put it another way, do I retain structures and their benefits of the previous ally when I choose a new ally?

So as the Chinese would a good strategy in a NR 40 be to side with the Russians first, then purchase the German trickles, then stay with either the British for +unit hp or the French for +gather rate?

PS: If anyone has a link to a good China treaty guide I would greatly appreciate it 

From what I've seen from recs:

Go for the russian first

Switch to the german for tickles

Than switch to the French, till the end of the treaty, overpop with cuirasiers

Switch to British during the fighting for the HP boost
