Introducing Two New AOEO Mods
Hey everybody, I'd like to introduce two new people to the Age Community. First up is BatsyBatsy, the Community Manager for Age of Empires Online up at Microsoft Game Studios.
CosyGOODkNIGHT is the Age of Empires Online Moderator, also up at MGS. On the publishing side of things, they're going to be handling everything from announcing new content to moderating the forums. Robot is the developer for AOEO, so these two will be handling things on the other side of the fence, but we all work together for the community. Please give them a warm welcome, and if you have any questions or concerns, go ahead and ask away!

Re: Introducing Two New AOEO Mods
We're not planning on shifting this community over to our official AOEO forums.
This site will stay intact and seperate (as far as I know).

Re: Introducing Two New AOEO Mods
I dont understand why the community is being fragmented by having both Age Community forums and then forums again at Ageofempiresonline.com. It seems totally pointless.
Agecommunity.com is ideally placed to be the "hub" for all Age content both Age 3, legacy games and the new Age Online game, making use of an existing fan base and growing with new fans
Instead we are going to have forums all other the place making it harder to keep track of whats going on.
It would be so much better to maintain the current set of forums at AgeCommunity and use it as a hub for all Age content past, present and future!

Agecommunity is a great hub for "all things age" but we have our ageofempiresonline.com website as the hub for AOEO. The gears are already turning (mostly turned actually) and this decision was made by the higher ups quite awhile ago.
In a nutshell - the lawyers got in the way.
AgeCom members are more than welcome to sign up for our official forums once we finally launch them - that will the be point of contact for all official things AOEO.
