    Subject: ESO Account, forgot email :(

    Hi all,

    I havent played AOE3 online for about a year, so i tried to log back into my old account, yet found I did not remember my password. (silly me :P) So i passed the security question, and it sent it to the email address i registed with when i signed up. Now, here is the problem...I have no idea WHICH email addy that was. I have checked over 6 now, and none have the pass reset email. I also sent an email to the support team, but no email or autorespon has yet been sent.

     Any ideas?

    You'll need to send another support email as if you have not got an auto response they have not received it.

    Try and make sure your email wont get caught by a spam filter by making it short and to the point as possible.

    Alright, thanks, i recieved a auto-response, still waiting on the reply to my PID email.

    Since you would like to change your email address and retrieve your password then you can send an email to the email address: Age3Support@RobotEntertainment.com and provide the details of your ESO account.

     

    Include the following information in the e-mail message:
    • The product ID (PID) of your copy of Age of Empires III.
    • Your current e-mail address.

    Note: To locate your PID, start Age of Empires III, click Help and Tools, and then click About.
    • The product ID is a series of numbers, for example, 12345-123-1234567-12345.
    • At least one of the following additional items of information:
    • Your ESO account name.
    • The e-mail address that you provided when you signed up for the account that uses ESO.
    • The answer to your secret question.
    .
    The new email address that you want

    After you send this e-mail message, you will receive an automated reply which states that your request is being processed. If you do not receive an automated response, it is likely that your e-mail did not reach ESO.

    Note: Make sure that your e-mail client is not filtering e-mail messages that are sent from RobotEntertainment.com as junk e-mail.

    Hi everyone,

    Im having similar problem, I know my username, answer to security question, however dont remeber which email address i used to register:/ Checked all my emails that i currently use and no emails with password, I've emailed Age3Support@Microsoft.com  with PID and CD-key, even attached pictures of them, and also my username and answer to SQ, but havent got anything back. I've sent it on monday or something, and resent again today. Maybe im missing something? Is this the right email to contact: Age3Support@Microsoft.com ?

    Chaos, that is the correct email but we're actually going through the process of getting a new email ticketing system in place that will help me get through the emails much quicker.  I do apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thanks for reply, is there any chance that someone will look into my case once your new ticket system will be in place? Will i need to send another email or will you get the one i sent eventually?

    I too have this problem. I think the email I registered under is my very old one which is now deactivated, and no longer exists.

    age3support@microsoft.com is the right email-adress, right ?

    It's the correct email.  Hopefully we'll get the ticket system in place soon - at which point you'll just have to fill out a quick webform to submit a ticket (and you'll get auto-replies).  I'll be doing emails until that point however.
