    why you can play regicide only in one map? and why your regent and castle will always be japanese?

    Why is the regicide only japanese? because it's a japanese unit in the first place,and it's in honshuStick out tongue.

    when they introduced the regicide into AOE3 Ensembles Studios was nearing it's end. they were not able to make the game style for other maps so, unfortunately you are left with only one map.

    As for the Japanese castles, i don't know that one :3.

    ES should have made regicide into a game type instead of making the coding for one map. Honshu is one of the least played maps. I personally have never seen anyone host a regicide game.

    This is actually a good point, Regicide would be a lot of fun if there were like 5 different maps you could play it on. I think Ensemble could do some work on this, not that it isn't fun already, but it's pretty much the same game over and over again.

    Please note that this is an Old Topic. And they are not ES anymore, they are Robot.

    I do agree that it would be nice to have more maps of that type, however, the Castle and Regicide are both, in history I believe, Japanese, so it wouldn't be a Real history deal, just another Scenario-like map. I ask that this be the last post on here. This is an inactive thread. Ok?
