    Subject: Civilization op stronger?
    I have heard some say that there are civilizations OP (the Treaty).
    What is the strongest.... to be avoided? if you were to rank with these civilizations would be like?
    Instead normal civilization which is good?

    russia sucks hard at treaty it has the weakest units pop wise, their musketeers are 20% weaker than the rest, strelets are noob pop wise and who wants to make halberds, no one.

    just avoid france , japan and russia(in team game) , these are considered op in genral , china is semi op in team game , most of the people playing no op game will not allow u to play these civ
