British Advantages and Disadvantages
I thought Dopellsolder had a good idea in starting such posts so I decided to do the same for the Brits. Advantages They have the best musks in the game once fully upgraded including all shipments and church upgrade. (Well I am fairly sure they do at least correct me if I am wrong but I think they are better than otto, jap, and indian musks. If not they are cheaper so...) Their Hussars are fairly good also. Best Grenadiers in the game (Grenadiers aren't that great I know but that's beside the point) Reasonably strong eco thanks to manor houses and cow boom. Rockets!!! Disadvantages No skirmishers (longbow aren't bad but really low hp and only 1.3 x against inf instead of 3x skerms have) Thus they rely on slow training artillery for anti inf No instant units (It's possible if you have right allied natives and russia) Please add and edit Please add or edit

Nooooooo man. Sepoys and Ashis are better but more expensive, Jans are better and cost 80 food and 20 gold after sending a card, a brit musk costs 75 food 25 gold.

He said they have the best MUSKS. He didn't say BRIT MUSK > Other unit types.

hmmmm .... not sure if trolling.
So things with 2 feet and boomstick = musk? Even if the name, cost, damage or hitpoints are different ...

Thranduil81: They're a musk type unit, whether they are actually a musk doesn't matter. What matters is that they are all ranged heavy infantry with no bonuses at range, and anti cav bonuses in melee.
The original poster said that Brit have the best Musk. They DO with all the upgrades (including the hitpoints from the unique church card). Whether or not you consider them better than Jans or other similar ranged heavy infantry types is another matter.
