if someone pests you, can you still view their profile? and if someone who you had added as friend like if they come on line can you still see them/chat? i'm confused as to what exactly pesting does. also, is their any way to contact someone is who isn't currently online through eso? because i have someone i play with a lot and i wish i could pm him and be like yo get on at 6? is there a way to do this or no? there doesn't seem to be

Pesting someone just blocks them from seeing you online, inviting you to games, and whispering you. However you can still join someones game who you've pested. 

IIRC there was a mod or third party mod that let you see if your friends are online without starting up aoe.

You will just need to add someone on facebook or skype to contact. I found email works fine when contacting weirdos (jeffro18) who you don't want creeping your facebook account.

Stefan is correct, I'll just add that If you pest someone, you won't be able to see anything they say, even when they're talking in a game lobby or in-game.

beat me to the link by 2 hrs musk.. but ye if u get pested it will just show the person offline until unpested.

And if someone pests you, you can use the ESO EFL to see if they're online! :D
