    Subject: How do I recover my account?
    A couple of days ago I decided to re-install my AOE III that I had not played in a while, I wanted to play online. However, when I tried to log in I did not remember the password, I know the answer to the security question, and I have my CD and my Product key and everything but the problem is that when I tried to recover the password I did answer the security question correctly however when I checked my e-mail and waited for hours I did not get any new mail. After this event I remembered that the e-mail with which I created my AOEIII account does not exist and the reason is that I never used that e-mail, I only used to link it to my AOE III account and after more than 3 years hotmail has probably closed that account, or if exists I do not even remember the username.
    I would like to retrieve my AOEIII password, but I can't because I do not have the e-mail, I have my serial key and I also know the answer to the security question. Help Please!

    Send an email to Ryz0n at age3support@microsoft.com with your product key and username, and he should be able to recover it for you (expect a response by Tuesday-Wednesday, he doesn't work weekends and gets some backlog)

    Well it has been 5 days since I sent an e-mail. My concern is that tomorrow is the end of the week, and I thought someone would help me but I have not gotten a response yet. Just to make sure I am doing everything correctly, the e-mail where I have to send my info for assistance is the following?

    That is the proper address. As it stands, Ryz0n is the only moderator/admin for everything AoE3. He can get backed up. If he does not answer, you will just have to wait :/

    I do apologize for the delay. They've had us moving a couple times in the last few weeks around the building, and I have to get special network access set up to connect to the age3 servers which takes even more time.  Unfortunately that means I haven't been able to do much in the office (been working from home on occasion to get stuff done).

     

    On the plus side, I can say we are working on some new support systems that will help me address emails much quicker in the future!
