    Subject: Lost All Account Info. MOD's PLS HELP ME

    I lost all my acount info when i tried to play AOE3 online again, i have sent my username and product ID to the emails which are mentoined around which were supposed to help me and recover my account. But Noone sent me a reply to recover my account. Can someone help me please

    "age3support@robotentertainment.com and age3support@microsoft.com" 

    i sent all the info several times but there wasnt any response???

    Also if mods check it out and help me would my citys and decks would be still there when my account gets recovered isnt it? cause i already created them before

    The second one is correct.  I'm going through the backlogs now from the last few weeks.  Its been rather backed up due to an office move recently.  Just hang in there, you'll get a reply.

    We're actually working on a new support ticket system that will have auto replies, however at this point in time there are not any.  I'm really hoping to get it implemented in the near future, it will be a huge plus for both myself and anyone contacting support.

    There is one person who moderates all of AoEIII -- the forums, the support emails, ESO, does server maintenance, and a ton more. Just be patient.

    I thawt him get mad wen i let dem huss get his longbows but he run to my fort like gud m8 and waited for me jans to killem dead.  Now dat paitence mehn.
