I have all the AOE Games but I lost my AOE 3(main game) serial, but I still have all the CDs but and now I cant instal the game. I have already created an ESO acount with that CDs serial.

Is there anyway I can know the serial associated to my ESO acount?

I hope there is like some way, of retreving it, still have the box and all that stuff, and a microsoft certificate of autenticity I hope it can be used for anything. But the CD1 was in a paper bag, with the serial that I lost :S.

The product ID you are talking about its the serial? Or is it any number in the box?

PS: I only need the serial to instal AOE 3, I will not even play it, I will play asian dynasties and I have that serial

I guess the sticker calls it product key. :P Of course, I blurred out where the number is.

Yes I see, I bought a gold edition but I lost a paper with the orange sticker.

But the thing is I shoudnt need the serial, I will play asian dynaties with another serial, and I only need to instal this one.

I mean if I have an acount registered in all 3 games, that must prove that I had that serial in the first place. I it proves that I bought the games.

If you have a legitimate copy of the game, and have the original CDs in hand, you can contact Microsoft Support; a tech there will ask you some questions to verify that you indeed are a legitimate owner and then issue you a new CD-key.

Metis's suggestion is correct. Glad you were able to solve it.

Additionally, mentions of piracy or illegal obtaining CD keys is NOT  permitted. (with regards to a post I had to remove.  Everything left in this thread is okay.  Thanks :)
