Of all the civs even the op, i believe spain is the one that can drain them all. Its funny how most overlook spain and their opness.

BuZz_D:Of all the civs even the op, i believe spain is the one that can drain them all. Its funny how most overlook spain and their opness. Yeah I've seen my friend drain German players hard using Spain with nats on Andes. I'd say a 150 pop army Unction'ed is pretty OP And it's pretty hard to take down a good players missionaries due to the fact they keep them protected and in the right position, plus their speed about 8.5, Over 400 hps, and 10% ranged resistance. not bad. The only thing is if they do get attacked they spread out and run far away, sometimes double clicking is not enough to keep them organized. It's hard to keep them together sometimes when your so focused on microing a massive outpoped native army. missionaries can't stand ground as well because they dont have an advanced formation choice. They tend to wander into the battle and get killed. That's my problem, although very avoidable. But yeah Port and Spain excel in draining opponents. i would assume the OP civs with good ecos would too: France, Russia, China and japan. France in particular, OP units and OP eco.

Its not that hard to keep missionaries organized. Just map them to a primary control group (I use 1) and periodically select them and move them immediately behind your army. It's also helpful for finding if any have died. Your church should be control grouped too so you can rebuild easily, and when new missionaries train, rather than trying to find them, select your missionary group, ctrl+shift+a to select all missionaries, remap them to the group and move them to the right spot.
