This update makes any high level quest AI too overpowered to the point where 2 lvl 40 players could not take down the AI this whole "FAIRNESS" thing is correct except you forgot that you gave the AI all those ELITE units.  So all in all this is no longer the game i payed for.  Had this been the game when i had first tried it out i NEVER WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT.  Undo the update and re apply it to PVP because that's all you wanted to do to begin with.  Your game is no longer fun.  And has been reclassified as a Program. I hope every developer who worked on this game sees how much your post production updates have ruined the entirety of the games Mechanics.

No AI is overpowered, they're AI, not professional players. They're easy to take down, 2 level 40 players could take them down easily as long as they have skill. If you think it's too hard, then it means you aren't experienced enough. Go study up on strategies then fight the AIs.

When any changes are made to a game, it does take players some time to re-adjust.  When legendary first came out many people thought they were too hard too.  We are continually monitoring quest progression and will adjust accordingly.

AI's able to whip out 30+ troops and 6+ battering rams within the first 60 ish seconds of play before I've even had chance to get my combat unit building finished or a mini-army to buy me some time, or a wall... a tower or two.. or even reach 3rd age to spawn my own... HMMMmmm, seems pretty OP to me.

First time playing against the AI today, so I didn't get a chance to see what they were like before. There is no 'readjusting' to that kind of power.

I agree 100% with Nate6969 - The AI sends 30 or 40 units to destroy me before I can get 10 units created....no matter what strategy or no matter how many times I restart the game, change maps etc. - just not fun anymore..I use to stand a chance...not now. I certainly hope this issue gets addressed. 

All 24 hr quests are much harder to complete, A1 defo faster at creating units etc..

 

bought this game for fun and now it's no fun at all...waste of MS points

I found this game to be no fun at all after the update, I bought the skirmish mode and found it to be impossible to build any strategy in it to use in the pvp champion just because there is no option to play it as champion mode.

In fact, its impossible to test and build any strategy in this game using the computer as enemy like sandbox or something or to test it in any maps maps, just because there is no such option. The only way is to go in to the ranked pvp match and louse like a noob just to test a strategy.

So in my opinion, this games really sucks in the terms of RTS.

And about the RPG, there is betther games on the market.

Sorry guys, but its so easy to put there some option to play skirm as champion, why dont put it ?

And why dont create a advisor to get the age fortress cheaper like in the pvp champion as well in the normal game so all the pvp normal gamers feel confortable to come in to it ?

Just dont get it, me and my friends r very desapointed with this new changes.
