    Subject: Home City Level

    Hello al I am new here on the forum and I have a question.

    On ESO when I want to create a new HC it's always lv 20 but i thougt if you have a hc city from above 30,40,50 etc you could make a new lv 30 city.

    because i got a lv 36 city but can't make a lv 30 city can anybody help me with this?

    it's only levels 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 that do that, so you still have a little ways to go.
