    Subject: 2v2 game, chat with enemy?

    Hi all,

    I tried searching and couldn't find what I was looking for.

     Can anyone tell me the procedure to chat with an enemy in a 2vs2 game?  The enemy player did not understand the rules and I had no way to explain to him.  I have had people chat with me in-game, but I've never known how to do it.

    Can someone explain please?

    just put an asterisk * <--- before anything you want everyone in the game to see.

    in other words, if I want them to see me say "Hey Red Team, no attack until 45 minutes",

    I'd write, *Hey Red Team, no attack until 45 minutes

    yup. even though its a good idea to get the game rules out of way before you ready up

    Yeah, lesson learned.  I assumed he knew what was going on, but we all know about assumptions.  The only reason it even bothered me was that I finally got involved in a fairly even 2v2 game:

    15 (Rule breaker)

    105ish (Rule Breaker's teammate) 

    25 (me) 

    90 (my teammate)

    Usually if I do a random 2v2, me and my level 25 get stuck with another level 25 against a pair of level 130's.  Grrrr..

    civilisation number has nothing to do with skill, its the pr that counts which is when u move youre crusor over the avatats or in youre civ lobby, the civ only depends on how many cards you have unlocked other then that, it means nothing once some one hits lvl 40-60
